- YNHH Breastfeeding Support Group:
- This free support group welcomes all breastfeeding moms. A lactation consultant facilitates the group and provides guidance. Moms are invited to attend as many weekly sessions as they wish.

- Mocha Milkshake Cafe:
- A free virtual breastfeeding support group run by Earth’s Natural Touch Certified Lactation Counselors. Groups are on Saturdays at 10am. This is a safe, supportive space to learn, share, and decompress with other parents, and birth and lactation professionals about breastfeeding.
