TRIPLE INFINITY

Triple Infinity was a collaboration with artist Alyson Shotz and mathematician Satyan Devadoss on the nature and difference between the various conceptions of infinity that arise when discussing art, mathematics, physics and cosmology. The notions of infinity in these three realms of knowing differ but they have the same representational value denoting innumerability, vastness and metaphorically the limit of what is knowable. The resulting piece that integrates these three distinct notions of infinity was included in the exhibition ART AND SPACE (2017) held at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain and the image is re-produced in the exhibition catalog. It was also published in ESOPUS magazine.
