IMPORTANT: Please note in the CellList.mat files of the data subfolder, the order of the 140 genes in the RNACopyNumber field is the same as the order of the genes in the CodeBookSubPool1_fetalLiver.mat file in the codes subfolder, and different from the order of the genes in the supplemental tables of the paper.
