Bio:

I am a Swiss and Italian graduate student from University College London doing an exchange at Yale as part of my MRes in Developmental Neuroscience and Psychopathology. I have a BSc in Psychology from University College London.

I am currently working on my master’s thesis at the Yale Imaging and Psychopharmachology lab on using a multidimensional approach to understanding the emergence of sex differences in affective problems during adolescence (considering pubertal hormones and psychosocial experiences as potential risk factors, as well as functional neural markers of affective disorders).

I am currently also applying to PhD programs in Psychology/Neuroscience in the US, Canada, and Germany, and my research interests include:
– the effects of sex hormones on affect and brain structure, function, and connectivity
– affective processes
– computational psychiatry

In my free time I like to play volleyball:)

I am happy to help talk about anything!
