The Yale Undergraduate Research Association, the Graduate Student Assembly, and the Yale Postdoctoral Association worked together closely to create the Graduate-Undergraduate Mentorship Initiative (GUMI) with the mission of providing mutually beneficial mentoring relationships to graduate and undergraduate students at Yale.
