Thomas Cuming account and inventory, 26 April 1769-1782 July 11.
Two manuscripts, in a different hands. The first is an account dated 26 April 1769 and again on 14 July 1769 written and signed by John Hoskyns that documents the farm work that he performed for Mr. Thomas Cuming in exchange for rent and the use of a cow; also signed twice by Mr. T. Cumings and once by Joan Cumings. The second document is an inventory of Thomas Cuming’s “goods and chattels” after his death, taken by Oliver Nosworthy and Nicholas Buckingham of Moreton, Hampstead, listing the values of his livestock and household goods.
