Four of our lab members were highlighted in the Advanced Genomic Technology Development (AGTD) meeting at Jackson Laboratory this year. First, Prof. Wang was invited to present “Imaging 3D genome” in the public forum associated with the meeting for scientific outreach. Video to be posted here.

Second, Yanbo gave a selected talk on our NHGRI supported technology development “A multiplexed in situ method to study epigenetic marks in single cells”.

Third, Miao gave a selected flash talk on our cancer 3D genomics development “A genome-wide single-cell 3D genome atlas of lung cancer progression”.

Last but not least, Jonathan moderated the session on spatial technologies. Well done everyone!
