About Me

Hi there! I’m a Ph.D. student in philosophy at Yale University, with deep interests in law, philosophy, and their intersection. I graduated with a B.A. in philosophy and a minor in political science from UC Davis in 2023. In addition to my research interests in philosophy and law, I am passionate about education, teaching, and doing what I can to make knowledge accessible to all.

On the research side of things, I’ve published a few papers in scholarly journals on metaphysics, philosophy of religion, and infinity. I also have several papers under review on non-classical defeasibility logic, modality, mereology, and cosmological arguments in the philosophy of religion. These manuscripts are all available by request!

On the education side of things, I’m currently working on developing 2 courses (one on non-classical logics, another on higher-order logics) for Let’s Learn Logic, an education website providing students with free, accessible videos on formal logic. I’ve also worked as a teaching assistant at UC Davis (for PHI119: Philosophy of Law) and as a debate coach for Modesto High School.

When I’m not thinking about philosophy, the law, or teaching, I’m likely either playing ping-pong with my dad, pulling my brother’s hair, or enjoying New Haven apizza. 🙂
