Founded on September 15, 2023, Asian Faculty Association at Yale (AFAY) is a group of over 200 Yale faculty members dedicated to promoting the active contributions of its members to the mission and core values of Yale University. AFAY 2024 New Year Party was successfully held. AFAY President Prof. Qin Yan summarized our efforts and achievements since the establishment of AFAY last September, and the challenges our community still faces. Yale Vice Provost Prof. Gary Desir and Yale School of Medicine Deputy Dean Prof. Darin Latimore spoke in support of AFAY.
