Sigma Delta Pi warmly invites you to share in a night of Voces y versos, celebrating the resilience of the human spirit through written word read aloud. We are excited for an intimate time of shared favorite poems, scenes, and excerpts, and hope that you will join us on Tuesday, October 25th at 5:30pm in HQ 107 for a moment of reflection and hope. Selections by Pablo Neruda, Federico García Lorca and Jorge Guillén to be featured, among others.
There is still room to share! We encourage members of both Sigma Delta Pi, the University’s Spanish department, and interested students to read aloud a selection of poetry, prose, or excerpt of a theatrical work in Spanish. The selection can be an original work or written by another author.
