“When FMI City was created by FMI Garden Development Limited in March 1995, it became the pioneer of satellite city development in Myanmar. FMI City project, being the first of its kind in Yangon, evolved from an exciting concept in planned community development and has since then become the benchmark for quality housing development in Myanmar. This newly developed community is situated on 465 acres of rice paddy land and 9 miles from the center of Yangon and 2 miles from Yangon International Airport.

Based on the initial success, newer projects such as Finger Lakes, Orchid Gardens, Cherry Avenue and Lake View Villas have evolved within FMI City. Our projects set the standard for quality and style in Myanmar property market.
