Step 1: Contact YUCH
Email the YUCH President, James Poe, at james.poe@yale.edu to express your interest.
Step 2: Contact the Connecticut Hospice
Fill out the New Volunteer Application Request Form on the Connecticut Hospice website.
Step 3: Read the YUCH Volunteer Process
Read the YUCH Volunteer Process document to become familiarized with the onboarding process. YUCH and the Connecticut Hospice will walk you step-by-step through the procedure!
