Call for Papers opens Monday, September 1, 2025 and closes strictly on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Guidelines
- Abstract (250 words max) and titles should be submitted by Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
- Presentations should be 20 minutes long, followed by 10 minutes for discussion and questions (30 minutes total).
- We will only accept in-person presentations (no presentations via Zoom); a zoom link will be provided for the audience only.
- Accepted speakers will be notified in early December 2025.
- Registration for all attendees (speakers and audience) opens in early January 2026.
- There are no registration fees for speakers and members of the audience, and we will be able to provide free accommodation for most speakers.
