Welcome to my personal site at Yale University CampusPress.

I am currently working as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Yale School of Public Health in New Haven, Connecticut, USA.

Previously, I was a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, USA. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame, M.S. from the University of Texas at Dallas, and B.S. from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I have a decade of research and scholarly experiences at multiple universities.

My interdisciplinary research interests include agent-based modeling and simulation, bioinformatics, data warehouses, geographic information systems, and public health. My research has been published in the simulation, modeling, biology, and ecology literature. I’ve authored over twenty journal articles, conference papers, books, textbooks and book chapters, and given multiple invited talks, research posters, and research presentations around the globe.
