So I started my online seminar on autism through Yale Summer Session. The layout of the course seems pretty nice and not overly stressful and hopefully I can get a lot done with it. I have messed around with a few online courses here and there but I have not taken one legitimately for a grade until now. I think things should turn out well since I am obviously heavily interested in the topic but we’ll see. The first week was a tad slow since I guess most of us are not used to the format and everybody is coming to the course with different levels of understanding and awareness on the disorder.
In other news, Jeremy is officially in Korea! WHAT!
It was a very nice, calm reunion and nearly as crazy as I thought it would be. Probably because he looked pretty dead tired and we were in a MERS-fearing airport in a foreign country. But whatever. The chit chat was nice and a slow introduction to everything that has been going on in our absence back at Yale and more. He was here and we got to have 설렁탕 and make fun of Jake together. Ah, just swell time!
Good times are a’coming!
