E-poster (ASCB meeting 2013)

We presented a new “temporal super-resolution” method to realign datasets sampled at low temporal resolution. This method allowed us to show that patch to patch variability is extremely small. We also identified a synergy between Aip1p and the canonical capping protein heterodimer Acp1p/Acp2p to cap actin filaments. Serendipitously,  we also discovered a new function for Aip1p and the Acp2p subunit in cell polarization during interphase.
