Program Information
This year, we’re using a new style of program and will have a lot of space available for purchase! We’re able to offer both advertisement space for businesses and organizations as well as space for family and friends to publish a message for students/staff involved in the Native community at Yale. If you are interested in purchasing a personal message for your student(s), please contact us at anaayorganization.gmail.com. Personal messages will be limited to 30 words and will cost $5.00 USD.
We are able to accept cash, check, PayPal, and Venmo payments. Payment information will be made available after the committee has reviewed and approved your materials.
All proceeds will benefit the ANAAY Powwow and will help us continue hosting powwows for years to come!
Purchasing advertisement space
At this year’s powwow, the Association of Nat
ive Americans at Yale will be able to offer advertisements for sale in our program! See the image to the left for a draft of what the program will look like. The regular prices are listed below. For booths and vendors that apply during the early registration cycle, which closes on August 15th, there will be discounted rates and this information will be sent out once the applicant is accepted. Would you like us to design a custom advertisement for you or your company? For an additional $25 design fee, we will customize an ad to the exact specifications for the powwow brochure. All you need to do is provide us with a high quality image or logo in addition to the exact text you would like us to include. Send us an email at anaayorganization@gmail.com if you’re interested in advertising in our program.
We can only accept electronic formats and files should be in either tiff, jpeg, eps or pdf file formats. The files should be high resolution or 300 dpi and should be the exact dimensions that are listed above.

Personal advertisements
We are now able to offer the inclusion of personal messages in our 2018 Powwow Program! Personal messages will be limited to 30 words and will cost $5.00 USD. If you wish to purchase a personal message for your student(s), please contact us at anaayorganization.gmail.com. If you are interested in showcasing your student with a larger sized space, like those for business advertisements, we will offer discounted prices. Please contact us for more information.

Donations
Donate to the 2018 ANAAY Powwow. All proceeds will be used towards powwow expenses. If you would like tax documentation for your donation, please contact anaayorganization@gmail.com before donating because it will must to be processed through the University. If you can contribute without the documentation, please do so using our PayPal donate button below or sending a payment to our Venmo account.
