Lab of Spatial Genomics and Multiomics

We develop and apply state-of-the-art imaging-based omics approaches to understand the spatial organization of mammalian genome and how it impacts cellular states. For more information about our research, please click here. For recorded lectures on 3D genome and our chromatin tracing and MINA technologies: 7-min version, 30-min version, 60-min version; lecture on image-based spatial transcriptomics: 23 min; short introduction video of the lab: 2 min.
