I’m a doctoral candidate studying international relations in the Department of Political Science at Yale University. For the academic year 2018-19, I will be a predoctoral fellow with the Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs International Security Program. I’m also a SSHRC Doctoral Fellow and a Fellow of the Yale University MacMillan Center Program on Japanese Politics and Diplomacy. I’m also a proud recent alum of the Summer Workshop on the Analysis of Military Operations and Strategy (SWAMOS). I graduated with an M.A. in security studies from Georgetown University in 2012 and with a B.A. in political science and international relations from the University of British Columbia in 2010.
