► How do I charge my Zagg keyboard?

The Zagg keyboards can be charged by sliding the keyboard out of the protective case.  Plug the micro-USB cable into the port on the right-hand side of the keyboard near the power switch.   The status light will flash when the battery is low (approximately 20% charge and two to four days of use remaining).  For more details, please see the following instruction sheet.

► How do I charge my iPad mini Xuma keyboard?

The iPad mini keyboards can be charged by plugging in the micro-USB cable into the port on the right-hand side of the keyboard near the power switch.   The status light will flash when the battery is low (approximately 20% charge and two to four days of use remaining).  For more details, please see the following instruction sheet.

► How do I pair my keyboard with my iPad?

The keyboard should be paired with the the iPad upon checkout, however, if you should need to pair the keyboard again, ensure your keyboard is charged and do the following:

  1. Slide the keyboard power switch to the on position.
  2. Tap the Settings icon on your iPad.

  3. Tap Bluetooth from the settings list and turn Bluetooth on.

  4. Press the Bluetooth pair button on the keyboard.
  5. Wait for your keyboard to be discovered in the Bluetooth list and enter the four-digit code and press return when prompted.

  6. If successful, the keyboard will be listed as “paired” in the list.

► How long does a full keyboard charge last?

While we cannot give a specific duration for the length of time a full charge will last, the keyboard should continue to operate for several weeks on one charge according to the manufacturer.
