Clinician Educator

The Clinician Educator Distinction was designed to train Yale’s next generation of outstanding academic clinicians. As part of this track, residents participate in a rigorous curriculum of didactic sessions, practical workshops and teaching exercises, and a capstone scholarly work. To guide residents in each of these steps, participants are matched with a dedicated mentor.

Interested residents are encouraged to apply at the beginning of their PGY-2 year. This website will serve as your resource for all Clinician Educator Distinction activities. Here you will find the details of the curriculum, currently available mentors, upcoming events, the application form, and a link to MedHub to record your participation in events. We thank you for your interest in our program and encourage you to reach out with any questions.
