Registration

Registration closed on May 15. The cost is $175 and will include breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. When you register, you will be asked to provide a brief summary of the project you intend to work on during the Institute.

Accommodation

Housing is available in an on-campus dormitory. We expect most participants to stay Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights. All rooms are in suites, and prices are per person, per night. Details and reservations.

Please note that there is a $22 processing fee, and parking and linens are extra (full policies and costs here). Housing is managed by Yale Conferences and Events, and their contact details are on the registration page if you have any questions.

Transportation

Yale is located in New Haven, Connecticut, about 90 miles north-east of New York City. The closest airport is Tweed Airport in New Haven, which has direct flights to Philadelphia. A larger airport with more connections is Bradley International in Hartford, CT with a $50 shuttle to New Haven. This page lists other local airport options. You can also fly to a New York City airport and take the train or shuttle. There are train links from other East Coast cities to Union Station via the Acela, Northeaster, and Vermonter AMTRAK routes with a free shuttle to campus. If you are driving, parking is available on the street and in a nearby garage.
